Estimating the minimum passage time and docking ratio of nanoparticles to a specified target

Through this web page you may run our own Brownian motion simulator program. This program can estimate the incubation time and the dockig ratio to a target spot. Only the following values are needed. The results will be diagrams about the docking ratio and the incubation time. You will also get heat diagrams presenting the docking ratio from a particular point. The simulation time depends on your input data and the number of already scheduled jobs. You will receive an e-mail when your simulation is completed. Please notice that only three jobs are allowed every 24 hours from an IP address.

  • The radius of the target spot is 50 µm with height of 5 µm.
  • Every experiment will be repeated 100 times.

You can use this tool and the related database freely for any non-commercial research and education purposes, no registration is necessary.

If you use our Brownian server for commercial research (contract research done at a non-profit institution, e.g., at a university, or any research done at a for profit institution, e.g., a pharmaceutical company) you are required to pay a yearly registration fee of US$ 990 for a laboratory or US$ 1,990 for a site license, covering a whole university or a whole company.
